According to reports in the German press, General Motors is considering shifting the bulk of the production of its Mokka compact SUV model from South Korea to Spain. The model, launched in October 2012, has proved to be popular with consumers in Europe in spite of the economic conditions, so moving production to an established local venue to meet demand will be a good move for GM if it goes ahead.
