As such, a bid to comprehensively enter the wind power market with 6GW of installed capacity will have numerous interesting consequences.

France: stepping into offshore wind energy and strengthening its nuclear presence

Following the announcement in June that France plans to invest E1bn in nuclear power, the government has launched a E10bn tender offer to build five offshore wind farms with total installed capacity of 3GW.
