UK fleet operators are not overly keen on diesel cars, but the soaring price of petrol and the increased efficiency of diesel engines has resulted in there being no better time to purchase. However, with only a few weeks left until the introduction of the tax surcharge for company cars with diesel engines, corporate buyers' reluctance to head to the showrooms is surprising.
