Apart from blend, Productscan reports that apple was the leading flavor in global baby beverages launches in the 12 months to August 2007, followed by milk. The fourth leading flavor, strawberry, has gained momentum since the same period in 2006, climbing up from seventh place. Meanwhile, pear has fallen from fourth to joint fifth place in the same period.
