Information Systems Associates, a data center optimization software, services and solutions company, has appointed Michael Hull as its new CFO and Vincent Minerva as its new vice president of data center services.
Mr Hull has over 25 years of senior level accounting and auditing experience as well as knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Mr Minerva is an experienced IT professional with over 27 years of experience in financial and manufacturing environments.
