Scandinavia and Benelux's online retail markets are growing in unison. In 2000 the two regions' markets were pretty evenly matched, with $0.77 billion online retail sales in Scandinavia and $0.65 billion in Benelux. The sales figures will rise in parallel, coming to $10.50 billion and $10.15 billion respectively in 2005. This large growth in sales will make the regions' online retailers a force to be reckoned with in the retail market as a whole.
