Product claims: new household goods launches, October to December 2008

According to Product Launch Analytics, private label, upscale and biodegradable were the top three claims made about household goods products launched globally between October and December 2008, each featuring on over 6% of launches during the timeframe. Product Launch Analytics also recorded that more products are bearing a no phosphates tag, up from 2.9% to 4.4%, although the number of natural products now stands at less than 5%.
