Atlantic Power has appointed Paul Rapisarda as its new managing director for acquisitions and asset management.
Mr Rapisarda has over 20 years of experience in energy, utility and independent power investment banking. His most recent position was as a principal with Compass Advisors, where he was involved in numerous transactions in the energy and power sectors.
Prior to Compass Advisors, Mr Rapisarda held senior positions with the energy and utilities investment banking teams at Schroders, Merrill Lynch and BT Securities.
