US-based law firm Holzer Holzer & Fistel is investigating possible violations of federal securities law by Sprint Nextel.
According to the firm, the investigation focuses on, among other things, whether Sprint failed to maintain adequate reserves in violation of GAAP, whether the company misrepresented its fiscal health to investors, and whether it failed to disclose problems it was having integrating its networks.
