Chattem, a US marketer and manufacturer of branded consumer products, has reported revenues of $423.4 million for the full year ended November 30, 2007, an increase of 40.9%, compared with total revenues of $300.5 million in fiscal 2006.
Net income for the fiscal year 2007 stood at $59.7 million, compared to $45.1 million for fiscal 2006, and earnings per share were $3.08, compared to $2.34 for fiscal 2006.
Total revenues for the fourth quarter were $100.6 million, compared to total revenues of $65.1 million in the same quarter of 2007, representing a 54.5% increase. Net income for the quarter rose to $14.8 million, compared to $4.9 million for the fourth quarter in 2006, and earnings per share were $0.76, compared to $0.26 for the fourth quarter of 2006.
